tu as le choix entre "say to someone" et "tell someone".
la plupart du temps, on les met au prétérit car on rapporte qqchose du passé

b- Malcom X said to the Blacks in the audience we didn't teach you ....

il ne te reste plus qu'à changer = "you" et "them"...
