My friend and I refused (active) admission yesterday evening.  I asked (active) where the tickets came from. I was said (passif) hey came from an internet site.
I was told (passif) to sit down and wait while the lady spoke (active) to her boss.
I was given (passif) new tickets and we were told (passif) to come back the next day.
