Il me semble que c'est Je pourrais venir chez toi après le travail vu qu'il y a une condition (donc c'est du conditionnel) mais j'ai un doûte, merci !

Ici, ce n'est pas un doute, mais une affirmation. Il n'y a aucune condition.
Si on avait dit, “ Si je finis tôt, je pourrais venir chez toi”.
